We start by getting to know our clients personally through the design process and use what we learn to tailor the design layout, features, materials, and specifications to ensure our client’s completed spaces are a direct reflection of their lifestyle and leisure time.
The design process starts with an initial conceptual design phase of roughly 4-6 weeks to complete the project base model and 1-2 high-level project concepts. After the initial concept review meeting, the design process can move very quickly, and in most cases, the final design deliverables are completed within another 2-3 weeks. Larger projects may require additional time allowances to complete the project design.
While every project is unique in scope of work and scale of the project, most projects are completed in 6-12 months from groundbreaking. Smaller projects or less construction-intensive projects such as landscape installations and renovations can be completed in substantially less time, and typically take 2-4 weeks to complete.
Our design services start at $3,500 and increase based on the scope of the project, the size of the site, the specific site’s characteristics and/or challenges, etc…
The design estimate will reflect our team’s anticipated input hours to achieve the desired goals and deliverables for the project.
While every project is completely unique, requiring individual construction solutions, our projects typically range from $200,000 to $750,000 for a fully-developed outdoor living space, including a pool/spa, outdoor living space, and landscaping to complete the project. Our pools start at $150,000 and increase based on the size, specific features, and the site’s unique characteristics. Our landscape projects start at around $15,000.
We handle all permitting required for the project and will also ensure that the project’s permits are finalized and closed at the completion of the project. We will also assist the client with any necessary HOA submittals/applications, although these are specifically required to be submitted to the HOA by the client directly.
While we do not offer in-house financing of any project, we have relationships with several local, regional, and national lending services. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with a list of lenders that may be a good fit for the financing of your project.
